Some recent work has been for SME's in Scotland and London who do not have their own Training Manager. I have helped to identify training needs and create a strategy for continuous Learning & Development, enabling a model to be in place for several years to come.
Some Company Directors have opted for 1to1 Management Coaching which allows them to quickly identify areas for self-growth. This in turn cascades to managers at the next level who are able to see positive changes which in turn raises awareness of development needs.
